Refund Policy
Membership Dues
- All membership dues are final. No refunds. Exceptions may be made at AITEC, LLC’s discretion.
- Membership is not transferable.
Event Registrations
- Event registrations are not refundable. Exceptions may be made at AITEC, LLC’s discretion.
- Event registrations may be transferable under certain circumstances. To request a registration transfer, email info@aitec.org with the transferee’s name, company name, title, phone number and email address. Upon review and at the sole discretion of AITEC, LLC, event registrations will be transferred to the transferee. Acceptable transferees are other AITEC members or another individual at the original registrant’s company. All transfers requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
1. For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded**.
2. For all other payments, a check will be made to the payee nominated account.
**Refunds may be in form of a check if payment is unable to be credited to the credit/debit card (Ex: Refunds issued past 90 days of payment received, credit card is expired, etc.)
